4. Bookkeeping and Financial Information

If you become a bookkeeping or accounting support client, we may collect and process Financial Information needed to provide Services. This may include bank transactions, account statements, receipts, invoices, payout reports, contracts, payment processor reports, tax forms, business records, and related documents.

Financial documents may be uploaded or shared through approved tools such as Google Drive and QuickBooks.

Please do not send sensitive financial documents through text, social media, or unsecured communication methods unless specifically instructed by UnbrokenFi.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. UnbrokenFi is not responsible for errors, delays, missed deadlines, inaccurate reports, penalties, or other issues caused by missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or late information.

5. Payments

For bookkeeping services, payment links are provided after the engagement letter is signed. UnbrokenFi currently uses QuickBooks Payments for bookkeeping-related payment links.

For digital-product purchases made through the Website, UnbrokenFi currently uses Payhip for checkout and delivery, with payments processed through supported payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or other payment processors.

Payment processors may collect and process payment details, billing information, transaction details, and related data according to their own privacy policies and terms. UnbrokenFi does not store full payment card information and does not control third-party payment platforms.

6. Email Marketing

If you sign up for emails, freebies, updates, resources, or marketing communications, we may use your name and email address to send educational content, product updates, service information, offers, and related communications.
