Terms of Use

Last Updated: September 19, 2026

Introduction

Welcome to UnbrokenFi. These Terms of Use explain the rules and conditions that apply when you access or use our website, submit a form, download a resource, purchase a product, communicate with us, or use our services.

UnbrokenFi provides bookkeeping, accounting support, budgeting tools, personal finance resources, digital products, templates, downloads, educational content, and related services. These Terms are designed to explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and the limits that apply to our website, products, and services.

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website, submit information, purchase products, download resources, or use our Services.

These Terms of Use explain the rules and conditions for accessing or using UnbrokenFi’s website, products, resources, forms, and services.

For purposes of these Terms of Use , “UnbrokenFi,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means UnbrokenFi.

“Website” means unbrokenfi.com and any related pages, forms, resources, or online features operated by UnbrokenFi.

“Services” means bookkeeping, accounting support, budgeting support, personal finance resources, digital products, templates, downloads, educational content, and related services offered by UnbrokenFi.

“User,” “you,” or “your” means any person who accesses the Website, submits a form, purchases a product, downloads a resource, communicates with UnbrokenFi, or uses the Services.

“Client” means a person or business that has been accepted by UnbrokenFi for bookkeeping, accounting support, or another paid service engagement.

“Agreement” means these Terms of Use, together with any applicable engagement letter, invoice, payment terms, refund policy, privacy policy, or other written terms provided by UnbrokenFi.

By accessing or using the Website, submitting a form, purchasing a product, downloading a resource, communicating with UnbrokenFi, or using the Services, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional terms that apply to the specific product, resource, or service.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not access or use the Website, submit information, purchase products, download resources, or use the Services.

1. Right to Access and Use

Subject to these Terms of Use, UnbrokenFi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Website, resources, digital products, and Services for personal, educational, or internal business purposes only.

This right does not give you ownership of any UnbrokenFi content, materials, templates, tools, documents, processes, branding, or intellectual property.

UnbrokenFi may update, change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue access to all or part of the Website, resources, products, or Services at any time.

2. Access Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website or Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading purposes
  • Submit false, inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized information
  • Copy, resell, redistribute, share, publish, or commercially exploit UnbrokenFi templates, downloads, guides, resources, reports, or other materials
  • Attempt to access systems, accounts, documents, client information, or data without permission
  • Interfere with the Website’s security, functionality, or performance
  • Upload malicious code, spam, viruses, or harmful files
  • Use UnbrokenFi’s content, branding, or materials in a way that suggests ownership, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission
  • Use the Website or Services in a way that violates these Terms of Use, a signed engagement letter, applicable law, or the rights of another person or business

UnbrokenFi may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access creates risk to UnbrokenFi, our clients, our systems, or our business.

3. No Client Relationship From Website Use

Using the Website, submitting a contact form, submitting an intake form, downloading a resource, purchasing a digital product, signing up for updates, or communicating with UnbrokenFi does not automatically create a client relationship.

A client relationship for bookkeeping, accounting support, or another professional service begins only after UnbrokenFi has reviewed and accepted the engagement, any required engagement letter has been signed, payment has been received, and required onboarding steps have been completed.

UnbrokenFi may decline, pause, or refuse an engagement if the service is not a good fit, the work is outside our scope, capacity is limited, required information is not provided, or another issue prevents us from reasonably providing the service.

4. Bookkeeping and Accounting Services

Bookkeeping and accounting services, including Creator Growth, Creator Premium, small-business bookkeeping, and related services, are subject to review and approval before work begins.

Submitting an inquiry or intake form does not guarantee acceptance as a Client. UnbrokenFi may review your needs, business activity, transaction volume, records, service fit, and current availability before accepting an engagement.

Bookkeeping services are not purchased directly through the Website. If UnbrokenFi determines that the service is a good fit, you will receive an engagement letter for review and signature. After the engagement letter is signed, UnbrokenFi will provide a payment link. Services begin only after all required steps are completed.

If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and a signed engagement letter, the signed engagement letter will control for that specific Client engagement.

5. Payments for Bookkeeping Services

Bookkeeping and ongoing accounting support are paid through a payment link provided by UnbrokenFi after the required engagement letter is signed.

Payment terms, monthly fees, due dates, late payment terms, cancellation terms, and any reinstatement fees will be outlined in the engagement letter, invoice, payment link, or related service documents.

UnbrokenFi may pause, delay, or stop Services if payment is not received on time, if required information is missing, or if the engagement terms are not followed.

You are responsible for paying all amounts due for Services already provided, work already performed, or fees otherwise owed under a signed engagement letter, invoice, payment link, or related service document.

6. Digital Products, Templates, and Resources

UnbrokenFi may offer digital products, templates, spreadsheets, guides, downloads, worksheets, educational content, or other resources through the Website or third-party platforms.

Digital products and templates are provided for educational and organizational purposes only. They are not a substitute for bookkeeping, tax advice, legal advice, financial planning, investment advice, or professional advice specific to your situation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, digital products are for personal or internal business use by the purchaser only.

You may not resell, share, distribute, copy, reproduce, modify for resale, publish, or claim UnbrokenFi products, templates, guides, spreadsheets, downloads, or resources as your own.

7. Website Purchases

Some products, templates, resources, or services may be available for purchase directly through the Website or through third-party checkout platforms.

Digital-product purchases may be completed through Payhip and supported payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or other payment processors. These third-party checkout and payment providers have their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

UnbrokenFi is not responsible for payment processing issues, account restrictions, transaction delays, delivery-platform outages, or other issues caused by third-party checkout or payment providers.

8. Refund Policy

Because bookkeeping and accounting support are service-based, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Digital products, templates, downloads, spreadsheets, guides, and similar resources may be final sale due to their digital nature, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Any refund exception is at UnbrokenFi’s discretion and may depend on the service, product, work completed, time spent, access provided, files delivered, and circumstances involved.

Refund policies for specific services or products may also be stated in the engagement letter, invoice, checkout page, payment link, or product description. If there is a conflict, the more specific written refund term will apply.

9. User and Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current, and timely information.

For bookkeeping and accounting services, this may include providing access to accounting software, bank feeds, statements, receipts, invoices, payout reports, contracts, tax documents, payment processor reports, and other records needed to complete the work.

You are responsible for reviewing reports, documents, summaries, and communications provided by UnbrokenFi and notifying us of any errors, missing information, or questions.

UnbrokenFi is not responsible for errors, delays, missed deadlines, inaccurate reports, tax-preparer delays, penalties, or other issues caused by missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by you.

You are also responsible for protecting your own account access, passwords, devices, login credentials, connected accounts, and financial records.

10. No Tax, Legal, Investment, or Financial Planning Advice

UnbrokenFi provides bookkeeping, accounting support, budgeting tools, personal finance resources, educational content, and related Services.

UnbrokenFi does not prepare or file tax returns, provide legal advice, form business entities, provide investment advice, or provide financial planning services.

Financial planning means personalized advice, recommendations, or strategies related to a client’s broader financial life, including investments, retirement, insurance, debt management, savings goals, estate planning, or long-term wealth planning.

Any information provided through the Website, resources, tools, emails, messages, reports, or Services is for general informational, organizational, educational, or bookkeeping-related purposes unless otherwise stated in a signed engagement letter.

You should consult a qualified tax professional, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

11. No Guarantee of Results

UnbrokenFi does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, tax savings, deduction approval, business result, income growth, profitability, compliance outcome, or reduction in tax liability.

Results depend on your financial activity, business decisions, records, accuracy of information, timely communication, tax preparer, legal advisor, and other professionals you choose to work with.

Bookkeeping reports, tools, resources, and educational content are intended to help you organize and understand information. They do not guarantee a specific result.

12. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

UnbrokenFi may use third-party tools and platforms to operate the Website, collect forms, process payments, store documents, communicate with Clients, provide bookkeeping support, deliver resources, and analyze Website activity.

These may include Tally, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payments, Google Drive, Cloudflare, Payhip, PayPal, Stripe, email platforms, website hosting providers, and similar tools.

These third-party providers have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and data handling procedures.

UnbrokenFi is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, outages, errors, data loss, access issues, payment issues, platform changes, or data handling of third-party tools or platforms.

13. Communication

You may contact UnbrokenFi through the contact methods listed on the Website.

UnbrokenFi strives to respond within 24 business hours, but response times may vary based on weekends, holidays, workload, the nature of the request, or the information needed to respond.

Submitting a message, inquiry, intake form, or other communication does not guarantee that UnbrokenFi will accept an engagement, provide Services, or respond within a specific timeframe.

For active Clients, communication expectations may also be outlined in the signed engagement letter.

You should not send sensitive financial documents, tax documents, bank information, or confidential records through text, social media, or unsecured channels unless specifically instructed by UnbrokenFi.

14. Intellectual Property

All Website content, branding, business names, logos, copy, graphics, templates, downloads, spreadsheets, guides, forms, reports, resources, processes, systems, educational materials, and other materials created by UnbrokenFi are owned by UnbrokenFi unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, create derivative products from, or use UnbrokenFi materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchasing or downloading a digital product, template, resource, or guide does not transfer ownership of the material to you. It only gives you a limited right to use the material for personal or internal business purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Website and Services may involve the collection of certain information.

Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how information is collected, used, shared, and protected.

By using the Website or Services, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

16. Right to Refuse, Pause, or Terminate Service

UnbrokenFi may refuse, pause, suspend, or terminate access to Services at its discretion.

This may include situations involving nonpayment, missing information, unreasonable delays, abusive or inappropriate communication, work outside the scope of Services, conflicts of interest, compliance concerns, poor service fit, security risks, violation of these Terms, or violation of a signed engagement letter.

Termination does not remove your responsibility to pay for Services already provided, work already performed, amounts already due, or fees outlined in a signed engagement letter, invoice, payment link, or related service document.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnbrokenFi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, tax penalties, missed deductions, business losses, lost data, service interruptions, payment issues, third-party platform issues, or delays caused by incomplete information, third-party tools, or client inaction.

For paid Services, UnbrokenFi’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise stated in a signed engagement letter or required by law.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

18. Your Indemnification Obligations

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UnbrokenFi, including its owners, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Website, products, resources, or Services
  • Your violation of these Terms of Use
  • Your violation of a signed engagement letter or other written agreement with UnbrokenFi
  • Information, documents, records, or instructions you provide to UnbrokenFi
  • Your failure to provide accurate, complete, current, or timely information
  • Your misuse of UnbrokenFi content, products, templates, resources, reports, or materials
  • Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Your tax, legal, business, financial, or professional decisions

Claims made by your clients, customers, vendors, tax preparer, accountant, attorney, business partners, or other third parties based on information you provided or actions you took.

This section applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Indemnification Procedure

If a claim arises that may be subject to indemnification, the party seeking indemnification will provide written notice of the claim as soon as reasonably practical.

The indemnifying party will have the right to participate in the defense of the claim and, where appropriate, control the defense using counsel reasonably acceptable to the other party.

The party seeking indemnification agrees to reasonably cooperate in the defense of the claim. Neither party may settle a claim in a way that imposes liability, admission of wrongdoing, or ongoing obligations on the other party without that party’s prior written consent.

Failure to provide immediate notice will not eliminate indemnification rights unless the delay materially harms the ability to defend the claim.

20. Force Majeure

UnbrokenFi will not be responsible or liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform any obligation under these Terms of Use or any related service agreement if the delay or failure is caused by events outside UnbrokenFi’s reasonable control.

These events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, power outages, internet outages, cyberattacks, system failures, third-party platform outages, payment processor issues, labor disruptions, illness, emergencies, government actions, changes in law, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or other events beyond UnbrokenFi’s reasonable control.

If a force majeure event occurs, UnbrokenFi will make reasonable efforts to resume services when it is practical and safe to do so. Deadlines, response times, reporting timelines, or service obligations may be extended as reasonably necessary due to the event.

21. Changes to Services, Pricing, or Terms

UnbrokenFi may update, modify, pause, or discontinue products, resources, Website features, or Services at any time.

Pricing, service descriptions, availability, features, and deliverables may change over time.

For active Clients, material changes to scope, pricing, responsibilities, or engagement terms will be handled according to the signed engagement letter or other written agreement.

UnbrokenFi may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Website, products, resources, or Services after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, unless another jurisdiction is required by law or stated in a signed agreement.
